Over recent years, Wild Thyme’s director, Katie, has developed a passion for cooking for mind, body and soul. With a specific interest in plant-based and Ayurvedic nutrition, Katie is training towards further academic awards and recognition in this area. In the meantime, she is enjoying the journey, expressing her diverse experience, influences and love of food in her holistic approach to cooking.
